Basic Procedure for Highspeed Drills
1. Check piece for defects such as proper rpm,chuck,water flow,and air leaks.
2. Remove back cap and remove canister or turbine, depending on the type.
3. Clean inside thoroughly including washers.
4. Replace bearings, the bearings will be replaced in pairs to insure the highest quality repair. This will prevent the piece from failing prematurely and guarantee quality of repair.
5. The bearings will be lubricated as part of installation.
6. The "O" rings will be replaced
7. Your Dental Handpiece will be reassembled and tested for proper operation. Water flow to the burr will be checked and adjusted if necessary.
8. The chuck will be checked for proper tightness.

2. Disassemble the handpiece and replace all common wearing parts. This includes pins, vanes, bearings, etc. The motor is disassembled and cleaned or rebuilt if necessary.

4. Unit is reassembled & checked for proper operation.
